Which training is right for you?
As the titel already tells you this is a personal training session (s) and therefore the training and the nutrition will be adapted for your needs. Everyone is different and wants different things.
And I can help you achieve any goals you have. Just be realistic that it won't happen over night and we both have to put an effort in, in order to achieve your goals in a timely manner.

Feeling tense, stressed and in general sluggish? I offer relaxing or sports massages, tailored to your needs.
Prefer to train in a group?
If you rather work out in a group setting with friends and other like minded people, I also teach a few classes a week. From Zumba to Flexibility and Aerobics,I am sure there is the right class for you. Don't be shy, just come along and try it out. I promise you it'll be fun and effective.
