Free 1/2 hour consultation/taster session

During this session we establish your training needs, you can test the gym and see my training style.

This is also a good time for me to get to know you and your needs which makes it easier to create a personlised programme for you.

It helps me to determine your current activities and map out short and lonng-term fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals.

It is also a great time for you to ask a lot of questions and tell me exactly what you are looking after.

One-to-one training

This training session will be challenging and rewarding. The programme will be adjusted weekly to get you the best possible training you want.

The session can take anywhere you like.

 

Pre-book sessions in block of 10.

 

£55 per session

 

Couple / friends training

Because training with someone else is half the pain and a lot of fun.

£65 per session for 2 people

 

How do I get started?

First contact me for your free initial consultation and taster session. After this session we will discuss your programme, the payment options and set a date for the first session. You can then either pay me via bank transfer or via the link above.

 

Please wear your gym gear for the consultation session already.
