Took part in one of Gisi's Zumba classes for the first time and it was fantastic! Gisi is full of energy and the class a lot of fun, motivating and perfect for beginners and advanced alike!

This class (supple strength and flexibility) is Brilliant to tone and get back into shape !! It definitely is a full body workout as I am still feeling the after effects 2 days later 😂 . I highly recommend anyone to join us for this class 🙂 it is also a very good hour to feel a sense of peace and calmness and wash away daily stress 🙂 Gisela you are the best!!!! xxxx

​I had a number of health issues and plenty of aches and pains; so on recommendation I started training with Gisela, and have been seeing her for a couple of years now.  I have lost over 4 stone and feel fitter, healthier and happier.  She was realistic about my abilities but pushed and encouraged me. Definitely you must try this class (supple strength and flexibility) if you love yoga and pilates. I loved every minute! It does overall toning, stretching, and relaxation at the end and feels very effective. I still feel the burn on the core and legs till now. Gisela will check on each person if the position is correct etc so no worries about not getting it right. She is a very qualified and dedicated personal trainer and knows a lot about keeping fit and healthy. Been attending her classes since 2014

Have a reoccurring problem with my knee. I have been attending Gisela's supple strength class since January and found it hugely beneficial. My strength and flexibility have improved immensely. I have recently started her yoga class. She gives great encouragement and I feel myself progressing.
