Personal Training, Massage Therapy and Yoga Lessons
Gisela is a Level 3 personal trainer, Level 3 Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist, 200HR RYTT Yoga Teacher and exercise class instructor.
Falling in love with exercising and running in 2009, Gisela qualified as a Level 2 fitness instructor and exercise to music instructor at the end of 2011. She then qualified as a Zumba instructor in 2012 and has been teaching at least 1 Zumba class per week ever since.
Adding CPD courses such as Supple Strength, Running, or Core stability, she then decided in 2014 to sign up for the Level 3 personal trainer qualification and has not stopped learning more about the fitness industry since. So much so that she has decided to go back to University to study SPORTS REHABILITATION in 2021.
Gisela is very enthusiastic and loves sharing her love for fitness and her knowledge. Her positive outlook on life and her high energy reflects in her sessions, be it in the group exercise classes or during a one-to-one personal training session.
In 2015 Gisela decided to give up her full-time job as a Secretary to become a full-time personal trainer and exercise instructor. She also worked for over 1 1/2 years in a gym as an assistant manager where she learned more about the fitness industry and how to run a gym, this also made her realise that she prefers to work with people directly and on a full-time basis rather than splitting her time in the office with the more hands-on work.
When it comes to personal training, Gisela has a wide range of experience in working with people of all different ages, backgrounds and abilities. She has worked with Pregnant ladies and Post-pregnancy ladies, with beginners and injured clients, with clients of all ages, the youngest being 14 years and the oldest over 90 years. Gisela also has experience in rehabilitation training and with GP exercise referral clients with medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, arthritis, and other similar medical conditions.
Gisela understands that sometimes you need someone to help you get the motivation to start or get back into the exercise habit. Every session will be hard work but you will feel so much better after, as they say: "No one ever regretted to exercise, but we all regret to NOT having done it".
Gisela also graduated from "Yoga London" as a 200hr RYTT Yoga Teacher. Her experience teaching classes and having private clients make teaching yoga an amazing experience for her. Gisela loves Yoga and is eager to share her knowledge with you.
