Pre- and post- natal training

 

 

Prenatal training

A pregnancy doesn't mean you have to stop training or can't start a new training plan / programme, in fact exercising throughout your pregnancy has many benefits for you and your baby. It means you are fit and healthy for delivery and the demands of motherhood.

 

The benefits include:

  • Improved posture

  • Stronger pelvic floor and core

  • Improved circulation and reduced risk of varicose veins

  • Quicker recovery from birth

  • Improved sleep

 

I know it can be a bit scary not knowing what to do or not to do during the whole term of pregnancy and one-to-one training offers you the comfort of putting this in professional hands.

 

£65 per session

 

Postnatal training

This is for when you just had the baby and your GP gives you the all clear to exercise.

 

The benefits include:

  • Help restore muscle strength and firm up your body

  • Make you less tired because it raises your energy level and improves your sense of well-being

  • Promote weight loss

  • Improve your cardiovascular fitness

  • Condition your abdominal muscles

  • Improve your mood, relieve stress and help prevent postpartum depression.

 

£65 per session
